LAKEPORT, Calif. – Just in time for holiday gift-giving, Kathy King and Molly Patton will teach a combined intermediate-level class on knitting and crocheting at the Lakeport branch of Lake County Library, 1425 N. High St.
The free class happens Saturday, Nov. 12, from 2 to 4 p.m. For more information call the library at 707-263-8817.
The class will produce a versatile crocheted bag that folds into itself and a small knitted doll. Some supplies will be provided. Guests can bring their own supplies if they want to.
For the knitting project bring worsted weight yarn scraps and #4 circular needs. For the crochet project bring two balls of “Sugar & Cream” cotton yard and a G or H crochet hook.
The class is free to the public and no library card is required to attend.
