Community Care HIV/AIDS Program (CCHAP) of Lake County would like to thank everyone for participating in the eighth annual Lake County AIDS Walk.

It is with continued community support that AIDS Walk will continue to grow and that we may continue to raise awareness around HIV/AIDS and healthy living.
