As an owner of commercial property in Middletown, I am troubled by the plans of candidate Jim Comstock. He has announced that he supports construction of a new Middletown center of Middletown to the north with conversion of ag-zoned land. Furthermore he supports extending the urban growth boundary all the way to Hidden Valley for a total conversion of some 700 acres of ag land.

I suggest that if you support transforming Middletown into a North Coast version of San Jose, then vote for Comstock. If not, support Susanne La Faver and her reasonable approach to growth.
