Kimberly “Kimmie” Hazelwood was born Jan. 5, 1989, to Rexford Hazelwood and Cheryl Hazelwood Hostine.

She was raised in Lake County with her two siblings, Brandon and Alicia.

Kimmie was a blessing to all those who knew her and she will be greatly missed and forever remembered as one of the strongest and most loving young ladies in our lives.

Visitation will be held at her grandmother’s home, 10710 Rancheria Road in Upper Lake.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Hartley Cemetery in Lakeport.
