LAKEPORT, Calif. – Cecilia was born in Santa Rosa, California, on Feb. 11, 1990.

Better known as Cece, she passed on Dec. 23, 2020, in Lakeport due to complications of COVID-19.

Cece has three children, Anayeli Rios-Mota, Carlos Hernandez-Mota and Bear Mota- Burrows.

Cece was engaged to Korey Burrows.

She is the daughter of Carmelita Hopper and Augustine Mota Jr; granddaughter of Benjamin and Patricia Want; sister of August Mota, Chester Mota, Jesus Frias-Hopper, Carmen Mota, Auggie Mota; and sister-in-law of Jean Mota and Amy Macias-Mota. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Cece was loved by many people. She was known to love everyone, she knew how to make everyone laugh and always have a good time.
