Joseph E. "Big Daddy" Selva Jr.
1932-2021

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Ed passed due to medical complications. He spent 35 years in the US Navy, retired as Chief Petty Officer, and approximately 40 years as a sheet metal worker with SMW Local 104, retiring in 1994.

Ed was a resident of Lake County for nearly 27 years. A devoted father, American patriot, advocate of organized labor and a big fan of country living.

Ed is survived by his sister, Ninfa; daughter, Dana; son, Joseph; granddaughter, Lily; and numerous friends and family.

Ed was the type of person all friends have spoken fondly of. He will be missed. His watch has ended. RIP.
