Delphine ‘Babe’ Mae Higgins (Randolph)

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — Delphine “Babe” Mae Higgins, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, passed peacefully at home on May 10, 2023, surrounded by the ones she loved most.

She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Norris Higgins; her son, Richard Kettwig (Christine); brother, Clarence Randolph (Glendine); stepchildren, Cindy Smith (Kevin), Bonnie Hoeck (Walter), Harold Higgins and Bruce Higgins (Marilyn); 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Steve Higgins.

Graveside services will be held on May 31 at 10 a.m. at the Upper Lake Cemetery.
