LAKE COUNTY – The Elizabeth Whitehead Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 each is available for two deserving Lake County High School Seniors.

Clear Lake Trowel and Trellis Garden Club has offered scholarships for the past 17 years. Preference will be given to those majoring in botany, conservation, horticulture or related fields.

Applications are available from the senior counselors. The deadline for returning the application is May 15, 2009.
