Purpose: To introduce this construction project opportunity to the local subcontractor community. This is not the Invitation to bid or a required meeting.

Project: Yuba Community College Student Services Center, Culinary Building and Science Building

• Introduce the project to the local construction community and articulate the Yuba Community College District’s desire to engage local contractors.

• Introduce the owner, lease/lease back contractor.

• Introduce the lease/lease back delivery process.

• Introduce the owner provided insurance program, OCIP.

• Introduce the subcontractor prequalification process.

• Questions and answers.
