NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE CRISTALLAGO DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL. The purpose of this hearing is to provide increased opportunities for public comment on the Draft EIR. The comment period is open through December 29, 2008. The Draft EIR is available for review by the public on the Community Development Department’s link on the County Website: www.co.lake.ca.us. No formal action on this proposal will be made by the Planning Commission during this informational, first hearing concerning the project.
