NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 09-18 of Brent Dothage and Kelly English in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of 1800 square foot building as a collectors permit, a 25% reduction in the front and side yard setbacks and a 0.5 foot height extension to 20.5 feet exceeding the 20 foot height limit located at 2875 Anthony Court, Kelseyville and further described as APN 017-004-06. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 2, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room D, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
