NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 09-20 of Bernard and Donna Murphy in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of 1680 square foot building as a collectors permit located at 1200 Cordell Court, Lakeport and further described as APN 005-018-29. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 16, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 22, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room D, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
